If you purchase any product from our online store and you decide to return it simply contact our customer service to request a RA# and you can send the product back to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. As soon as we receive your product, we will do an inspection to make sure the product has been returned in good condition and we will process your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items that were purchased with free shipping or where we paid for shipping, your refund will be the full purchase price less the shipping charge. We are confident that are products are the utmost highest quality and offer a unbeatable guarantee.
Empty Items: If your item is completely empty, we cannot accept the return. Our customers tend to be very honest people and understand that returns with no solution left in the containers are not within the spirit of the guarantee and cannot be honored.
Complimentary Samples: If you received a complimentary sample, we cannot refund the shipping cost for the free sample you received. We offer complimentary samples in good faith to start our relationship off to a good start with you as a future customer. Unfortunately, by giving you a complimentary sample, we cannot refund the cost shipping as the sample was free for you to use.
Customer Responsible For Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We cannot accept returns for products that have been completely used and are empty. We need some amount of the product still in the container to have our chemistry team look at it to make sure our formulas are kept to our high quality standards.
Return & Exchange Policy
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. There are occasions where a return or exchange may be necessary. Please be aware that all custom orders are not returnable.
Only items in new and unused conditions will be refunded, less shipping and a 15% re-stocking fee. Damaged or used items will be charged additional fees. If an order is refused upon delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15%. Exchanges are not subject to any re-stocking fee.
You must contact us before returning an item for shipping instructions and a RMA Number (Return Authorization Number). We cannot insure a refund without this.
